VW Touareg JE DESIGN

The sporty JE DESIGN styling package for the “Wide Body” conversion is comprised of several components of highest quality and exact accurate fit, giving the Touareg an even more powerful appearance. The front spoiler for the front bumper features a number of cooling vents that are primarily to protect power upgraded engines from dying of heatstroke.
Combined to this is a set of side sills with visual air vents, rear skirt attachment for vehicles with PDC plus a tailgate attachment for the lower tailgate area. The complete body kit also includes special wheel arch extensions providing the ultimate “Wide Body” look. The standard produced headlights JE DESIGN replaces with its own double headlight module including fog lights and high beams which provides the Touareg a pair of more attractive “eyes”. In efforts to achieve a homogeneous look, JE DESIGN finishes the original door mouldings by customer preference in matching vehicle colour.

 

LED´s for special effects
To make the JE DESIGNed Touareg “Wide Body” an eye-catcher at night, we offer a special illumination lighting system for the vehicle entry. Blue LEDs (5 on each side), completely mounted to the bottom of the side sills illuminate the area underneath the doors and provide an unquestionable special effect and also represent a contribution to safety. In the rear, sixfold LED lighting assures a shining effect. Both lighting systems come with TÜV approval.

 
Perfect road holding
Also being a real eye-turner, two oval stainless steel double tailpipes for left and right give an even sportier look in back. An absolute must-have is the electronical lowering module that we offer for lowering vehicles with air suspension. After installation, the gap between body and road surface is reduced by approximately 35 mm. Vehicles with conventional suspension are offered the choice of lowering springs or stainless steel coilover suspension with adjustable compression and rebound options.

We increase the 2.0 TFSI up to 210 kW / 285 HP (serial 177 kW / 240 HP) so he will get a topspeed up to 261 km/h! Faster then a BMW M5 or AUDI RS4 which is speed limited at 250 Km/h!!
The special designed downforcer for the Cupra, gives no danger of confusion!
A complete bodykit consists of a downforcer and a frontspoiler with additional air intakes , side skirts, a rear valance and a diffusor between the 4-pipe stainless steel exhaust gives you more prestige when overtaking.

Herbert Hartge and his team have pushed the skilful stylistic blend of a four-wheel drive vehicle from the SAV segment (below the waistline) and a coupé (above it) into a new dimension. His X6 xDrive35d is more than an extraordinary symbiosis of a high-street thoroughbred and a crossover workhorse. Although the diesel engine with Twin turbocharger is already the most powerful in its class, the specialists from Germany’s Saarland region have breathed on the power plant so it now generates no less than 241 kW (328 hp) at 4400 rpm and a mighty 675 Nm of torque low down at 2000 rpm. At the same time, the emissions remain well within limits for such a powerful vehicle at 220 g/km. Indeed, the X6 xDrive35d from HARTGE uses half a litre less diesel per 100 kilometres than its series counterpart under comparable conditions. Equally impressive are the performance figures. Despite a weight of 2,185 kg, the X6 takes only six seconds to reach 100 km/h and is thus significantly quicker off the mark than the standard xDrive35d (6.9 sec.). The maximum speed – there is no electronic limiter on the HARTGE model – has been measured at 256 km/h.
Visually underscoring the concentrated power hidden beneath the bonnet is the HARTGE aerodynamic kit in high quality PUR-RIM material. Wheel-arch extensions linked by side sills provide sufficient room for the HARTGE suspension, which includes a set of sports springs with or without level-control system for the rear axle and lowering by 30 mm, and the company’s “CLASSIC 2″ wheels (10.5 x 22″ offset 33 at the front and 12 x 22″ offset 23 at the back).
 

These attractive aluminium wheels are fitted with ultra-wide tyres (295 / 30 ZR 22 at the front and 335 / 25 ZR 22 at the rear). Rounding off the kit are a front spoiler and a rear skirt with an integrated diffuser while carbon casings for the exterior mirrors, stainless-steel tail pieces with quadrilateral tail pipes (large version) left and right for the exhaust system, HARTGE emblems and insignia emphasize the individual outfit of this X6.
